Installation guide

Follow these steps to install the VeZoom app

1. Download the APK

Tap Download APK above to download the latest VeZoom APK to your Android device.

Note: If you download in a mobile browser, ensure you have enough free space (we recommend at least 100MB).

2. Allow installs from unknown sources

Android blocks unknown sources by default. Enable the permission first:

  • Open SettingsSecurity (or Apps & notifications)
  • Find Unknown sources or Install unknown apps
  • Select your browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge)
  • Turn on Allow from this source

Tip: Paths vary by Android version; look under Security or Apps.

3. Install the app

After download, open Files, find the APK, and install:

  • Tap the download notification, or
  • Open your file manager (e.g. “Files”)
  • Go to the Downloads folder
  • Tap VeZoom.apk
  • Tap Install

4. Finish

When installation completes, you can:

  • Tap Open to launch immediately, or
  • Find the VeZoom icon in your app list

✓ Done! Sign in with your BSC wallet and start decentralized meetings on VeZoom.

1. Choose how to install

VeZoom for iOS supports two ways:

Option A: App Store (recommended) — Search for “VeZoom” in the App Store and install. Easiest and safest.

Option B: Enterprise build — Distributed with an enterprise certificate for early access.

2. App Store

  • Open the App Store
  • Search for “VeZoom”
  • Tap Get or Install
  • Authenticate with Apple ID (Face ID, Touch ID, or password)
  • Wait for download and installation

3. Enterprise build

If you use the enterprise build, trust the developer:

  • Tap the enterprise download button above
  • If iOS says the app cannot be verified, go to SettingsGeneralVPN & Device Management
  • Find the enterprise certificate and tap Trust
  • Return to the home screen and open VeZoom

⚠️ Note: Only trust certificates from official VeZoom channels.

4. First launch

On first launch you may need to:

  • Allow camera and microphone (for video meetings)
  • Connect a BSC wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
  • Complete a wallet signature

✓ Done! You can now use VeZoom for decentralized meetings.

FAQ

Answers to common questions about installation and usage

Android says “Install blocked” or similar — what should I do?

+

Android blocks apps from unknown sources by default. To fix it:

  1. Open SettingsSecurity
  2. Find Unknown sources or Install unknown apps
  3. Allow your browser to install apps
  4. Try installing the APK again

iOS shows “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” for the enterprise build?

+

This is expected until you trust the enterprise certificate:

  1. Open SettingsGeneralVPN & Device Management
  2. Under Enterprise App, find the developer
  3. Tap it and choose Trust …
  4. Confirm; the app should launch normally

Note: Only install from official VeZoom sources; do not trust unknown developers.

How do I connect a BSC wallet?

+

VeZoom supports several ways to connect:

  • MetaMask: Tap Connect wallet, choose MetaMask, and approve in MetaMask
  • WalletConnect: Scan the QR code or enter the pairing code
  • Other wallets: Any wallet that supports WalletConnect

Tip: The first connection may ask for a signature to verify your identity.

The app won’t open after installation?

+

Try the following:

  • Android: Ensure unknown-source installs are allowed; some OEMs need extra permissions
  • iOS: For enterprise builds, confirm the developer is trusted
  • OS version: Meet minimum requirements (Android 6.0+ / iOS 12.0+)
  • Storage: Free up space if the device is full
  • Reinstall: Uninstall and install the latest build again

No audio or video in a meeting?

+

Check permissions and network:

  • Permissions: Allow camera and microphone in system settings
  • Android: Settings → Apps → VeZoom → Permissions
  • iOS: Settings → VeZoom → Camera / Microphone
  • Network: Use stable Wi‑Fi or mobile data
  • Web: If using the web client, allow media in the browser

How do I update to the latest version?

+

It depends on how you installed VeZoom:

  • App Store: Open Updates in the App Store
  • Android APK: Download the latest APK; Android will offer an update
  • Enterprise build: Install the new package over the old one

Tip: If you see a forced-update prompt, update soon for security and features.

Unstable connection during a meeting?

+

VeZoom runs on a decentralized network. If connection is unstable:

  • Network: Prefer stable Wi‑Fi
  • Switch: Try Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile data
  • Restart: Force-close the app and reopen
  • Nodes: The app picks the best node; you can switch manually if needed
  • Support: Contact support if it persists

How do I earn token rewards?

+

You can earn VZT by participating in the VeZoom network:

  • Meetings: Join meetings for base rewards
  • Bandwidth: Share bandwidth for extra rewards
  • Nodes: Run a Ve-Box hardware node for ongoing rewards
  • Referrals: Invite new users for referral rewards

Tip: Rewards are sent to your BSC address; check history in the app.
