We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
VeZoom is a decentralized meeting platform built on Web3 and DePIN. We may provide video meetings, AI features, VeBox hardware support, token-related features, and related apps. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
For some features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, be responsible for activity under your account, notify us of unauthorized use, and keep credentials secure. You may not share account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use VeZoom lawfully and not to: disrupt the service or networks; distribute malware; harass or infringe others' rights; send spam; infringe intellectual property; or reverse engineer our software except as permitted by law.
You are responsible for content you upload or transmit. You represent you have rights to your content, that it is lawful, and that it does not contain malware or violate others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
VeZoom services and content are owned by VeZoom or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our trademarks without permission, except as allowed by law or written consent.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the service, you agree to that policy.
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that defects will be fixed, or that the service will meet your requirements. We are not liable for losses from outages or delays.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeZoom and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold VeZoom harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, inactivity, legal requirements, or to protect rights or safety. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your account and data.
Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, they may be submitted to competent courts as permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and VeZoom regarding the service.
